Dicks Pass, Desolation Wilderness, Pacific Crest and Tahoe to Yosemite Trail.  9390 feet elevation, 16.83 miles South from Meeks Bay Trailhead.

11.88 miles South to Echo Lake Trailhead.

16.83 miles North to Meeks Bay Trailhead.

 

Amazing views both to the North, South, East and West.

Suggestions for any exceptional short trips across Desolation?
