INTRODUCTION
Nature is no longer in charge. There's a new sheriff in town, and he's a real piece of work. In any case, the greedy motivations of man have replaced the driving fertility of Nature as the leading force on this planet, and even the scientists have noticed. Which means it needs a name...
Done. I already named it, when I recognized the depth of our nasty effects a long time ago: The Scum-o-cene. We are leaving the spiritual and physical equivilant of a nasty bathtub ring on the Spirit and Body of Nature as humanity, "consumes" both.
I abhor and reject identification as a, "consumer."
Check out these next introductory articles, then we follow the general outlines of our re-modeling of this world.

IDIOT ALERT
We're on the brink of mass extinction -- but there's still time to pull back,
MCGILL UNIVERSITY, May 31, 2017.
Well meaning idiots at McGill are soft-pedaling the anthropocene by still putting Nature in terms of an "end product," representing it as a value in dollars and profits, rather than its essential value as the root of all life and meaning on this planet.
This perspective reveals who they work for.
Eliminating the forces of greed from controlling our society, not "distracting" them from finishing off our planet, is our only timely hope to save our Ancient Ecosystems.
Those driven and funded by greed, such as McGill, constantly reveal themselves as part of the problem, not the solution, as they continue to sell us, "Corporate Environmentalism," being the concept that Nature is a "product," or unit of "profit." This perspective prevents identifying the true location of the problem within ourselves, specifically the corporate growth machine of death our greed has created.
The corporate growth machine of death will not slow to, "preserve profits," but will accelerate to capture all potential profits from the final destruction of Nature before its competitors do.
Thus McGill acts as a good stooge of corporate propaganda, mouthing the words of the “corporate environmentalists,” who are not environmentalists at all, but propagandists. McGill well does its job of assuging social fears while their corporate sponsors finish asset-stripping our planet. I’m sure McGill is very well-funded and endowed for this work.
