High Sierra Flower, Yellow, Bolander's dandelion?

High Sierra Flower, Yellow, Bolander's dandelion?

Though the form of the petals is not round as most dandelions are, the serrated ends of the petals is very much dandelion-like.  

I'm not sure. This Yellow flower also looks a bit like Stickey Arnica...
