Clarifying Antarctic Instability Opens Door of Global Disaster

Unruly Antarctica could change sea-level outlook without much warning,
Ars Technica, December 18, 2017.

The gist of this article is that the rate of Antarctic Sea Ice melting is uncertain, and incorporating the improvements in our precision of tracking Sea Ice melting into our climate models doubles the possible range of sea level rise of the old model, of .9 to 1.25 meters, up to 1 to 2.5 meters.

The closer and more clearly we look at the rapid changes in Nature around us, the more aware we become of the brutal damages we’ve done to our climate and ecosystems, and the dire consequences these changes are ushering in.
