Stanislaus National Forest: The Tahoe to Yosemite Trail 

The Tahoe to Yosemite Trail is within the Stanislaus National Forest from the North Fork of the Mokelumne River down to the Bond Pass entry into Yosemite National Park.

You enter the Stanislaus National Forest when you cross the North Mokelumne River at Camp Irene.

The Stanislaus administers the Southern Section of the Mokelumne Wilderness, the Western Flank of the Carson Iceberg Wilderness, and the Emigrant Wilderness.

Main road access to the Stanislaus National Forest trails and Wilderness areas is through Highway 104 and Highway 108.
