April and May 2017: Watching the New World Weather Emerge
CHANGING WEATHER NEWS
May of 2017
Updated April 27
The transitions between seasons, their basic character, their timing, temp, and humidity transitions have all changed. The directions from which the seasonal winds blow have changed. These changes are reverberating through and disrupting webs of life that wrap around the whole planet.

No it can't. No restrictions on massive demographic growth will happen under our current corporate captivity. The corporates put on a good show, & do good "Green PR," but their program is full speed ahead with both domestic and global "growth," which is, has, and will be the driver of planetary weather destruction. What they are saying and what they are doing are two completely different things.
We require qualatative, not quanatative growth. That's impossible under our current regime.
Our corporate leadership must be put aside to first restore our democracy, only then can we honestly address our environment, and the sick character of our relationship with it, with each other, and with the whole world. We can fix this.
How? Simple: Zero Bribes. Let's make bribery illegal! How about that!
The central corruption, the greed that drives our political corruption, is the real "engine" of our "growth" that must first be controlled before we can check environmental degradation. All the rest is talk, smoke, mirrors, and corporate bullshit. The biggest lying pigs wear the greenest lipstick.
Trust Me. Saddam has WMD...
Our growth model is an expression of corruption, and ultimately, evil. It must be reformed to a superior goal than focusing and serving human greed. Let's remove the obvious, open bribery and corruption.
Punishing, rather than rewarding greed, cheating, criminal behavior, and corruption in politics, society, and our economy are just the first, but possibly the most important steps we could take towards our goals:
Being honest and acting honestly. Following our own rules. That'd surprise everyone!
Identifying the problem is the first step. It's about time we finally did, and addressed the sources of our problems, rather than their byproducts.

We’ve packed millions and millions of the “consumers” of the world into the vast deserts where we built the vast megacities of LA, Tuscon, Pheonix, and so on. This growth has itself sparked climate change which is in mid-process of eliminating the far-distant water sources these vast megacities, full of what our government calls “consumers,” depend upon. We have literally sucked our skies, then our lands dry. Now the pedelum of our weather has swung from extreme drought to extreme flooding.
In the face of extreme changes in the character of Nature and solid research showing vast instability and change in our climate, continuing our current path of unrestricted growth defines irresponsibility.
