But first, let's run South from our high vantage point on the side of Tyron Peak down past Asa Lake to the Highland Lakes trail juction at Wolf Creek Pass.
The 4.92 mile hike South to the high point of the PCT in the saddle on the Southwestern Flank of Tyron Peak brings us across Noble Canyon, past Noble Lake, and finally presents us with grand views of the Western Slope of the Sierra.
